beginning (1990) until today, and who does not spare us his valuable suggestions and comments, especially in the classification of the Supreme Court decisions. Dr. We would like to thank Feridun YENÄ°SEY.

Decisions are periodically updated and included in the system in line with the content of the "Journal of Supreme Court Decisions". In this sense, in addition to presenting the Supreme Court Decisions as an E-Journal, information can be easily accessed with the incredible convenience of the computer.

As our regular users know, the classification system of Supreme Court decisions is quite simple. The decisions of the Supreme Court of Appeals are processed in full text, together with dissenting votes, if any. To reach the relevant decision, you can first reach the decision sought from the article of law. Full texts can be entered, printed and copied when desired.

In the Supreme Court decisions, which can be searched by dividing into many criteria and subheadings, it is possible to list the decision regarding a subject or article you are looking for only as 'those given' by the "General Assembly" or "Jurisprudence Unification Board" authorities. However, for the broadest search results, the search should be made with the "all authorities" option.

In our system, both old and new laws, if they have come into force, are regulated independently and within the system explained above. The same modus operandi will be maintained in the future as well.

This work, which has thousands of users, has achieved a very satisfactory accumulation and user satisfaction.
